Last updated: October 15, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for accessing and using the elevateseller.com website and the Elevate Seller application (together, the “Service”).
Elevate Seller is a decision-support service for professional Amazon sellers: product research and analysis, offer and price tracking, profitability indicators and pricing recommendations.
Any use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Publisher
The Service is published by DOVEAIA, a société par actions simplifiée (French simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number 101 035 582, whose registered office is at Parc Lorans — Bâtiment 1G, Rue Jean-Marie Huchet, 35000 Rennes, France.
Contact: [email protected].
3. Users
The Service is intended for professionals acting in the course of their business. By using the application, the user declares that they are acting in a professional capacity and have the capacity and authority required to accept these Terms, where applicable on behalf of the company they represent.
4. Access to the Service
The elevateseller.com website is free to access. Joining the waitlist creates no purchase obligation and does not guarantee an access opening date.
Access to the application requires an account. During pre-launch or beta phases, access may be limited to certain users, and features may evolve, change or be withdrawn.
Where access to certain features is paid, pricing and billing terms are communicated to the user before any subscription and are subject to specific terms.
5. User account
The user undertakes to provide accurate information when creating their account and to keep it up to date.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported without delay to [email protected].
6. Connection to the Amazon seller account
Some features require the user to authorize Elevate Seller to access their Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This authorization is granted by the user from Amazon’s interfaces and can be revoked at any time.
The user remains solely responsible for their Amazon seller account and for complying with the rules, policies and terms that apply to Amazon sellers.
Elevate Seller is an independent service and is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Amazon. Amazon and related marks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
7. Nature of information and recommendations
The analyses, estimates (in particular of fees, margin and return on investment) and recommendations provided by the Service are decision-support tools. They are based on data from Amazon and third-party sources (including Keepa), on assumptions and on rules that the user can configure.
They do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice, nor any guarantee of results. The user remains solely responsible for their business decisions, in particular regarding purchasing, listing and pricing.
When the user enables automatic repricing features, the user defines their rules and limits and remains responsible for the prices applied to their offers.
8. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the Service fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. In particular, the user shall not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems or other users’ data;
- disrupt the operation of the Service or compromise its security;
- extract, copy or resell the data or content of the Service by automated means;
- use the Service to circumvent Amazon’s rules or for unlawful purposes;
- share their credentials with unauthorized third parties.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, source code, trademarks and visual identity are the exclusive property of DOVEAIA or its licensors. The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of their access to the Service.
The user retains ownership of the data they enter or that comes from their seller account. The user authorizes DOVEAIA to process it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and on the Data protection and security page.
11. Availability of the Service
DOVEAIA uses reasonable means to ensure access to the Service, without any guarantee of continuous availability. The Service may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or updates, or if Amazon’s APIs or technical providers are unavailable.
12. Liability
DOVEAIA is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). It cannot be held liable for:
- business decisions made by the user based on the information provided by the Service;
- errors, inaccuracies or delays in the data provided by Amazon or third-party sources, including Keepa;
- unavailability or changes of Amazon’s APIs;
- misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms by the user;
- force majeure.
In any event, and to the extent permitted by law, DOVEAIA’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.
13. Suspension and termination
The user may stop using the Service and request the closure of their account at any time by writing to [email protected].
DOVEAIA may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use or a risk to the security of the Service, after informing the user where the situation allows.
After account closure, data is deleted according to the periods set out in the privacy policy.
14. Changes to the Terms
DOVEAIA may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or to the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Users are informed of significant changes.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, and to the extent permitted by law, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Rennes, France.
